We got this question from one of our clients and I couldn't really find a clear answer in the MRG. Can anyone help?
Do you know how OnBase interfaces with DocuSign from a license perspective? Does the individual using OnBase need to be an enterprise DocuSign user, or does it use a generic authorization account to make the connection?
Thanks!

Hi Justin,
The OnBase Integration for DocuSign is configured with an Enterprise account to authenticate into Docusign for document upload/download. The person initiating document upload or checking the status of the document does not need to have their own DocuSign account credentials.
There are scenarios in which you may want to use an individual's account to send the document. This can be accommodated with the "send on behalf of" functionality. In this case, OnBase still uses the enterprise account to upload/download the document, but it will come from an individual's DocuSign account (as long as that account is under the 'parent' account which is utilized by OnBase). More details about this can be found in the Module Reference Guide.
Thank you!
