Find answers, ask questions

Search Hyland Connect for answers to thousands of product related questions. If you can’t locate a forum post or knowledge base article to answer your question, then ask a new one!

Strike up a conversation

Not all forums require a hard answer to a question. Some are more collaborative in nature and start instead with a topic or idea, and the value is in the dialogue. If your topic isn’t already out there, don’t hesitate to start a new discussion.

Help the best answers shine

With so much information in Hyland Connect, it’s hard for us to single-handedly determine which pieces are most valuable, and what to surface at the top. By marking posts and replies as answered or helpful (through “up-votes”), you’ll help our search engine promote the “best” results and help members find information even faster.

Build reputation through participation

The majority of responses are contributed by non-Hyland members. As you participate in Hyland Community, you’re building your reputation as an expert in your product, industry, or solution area. And with gamification, your participation will translate to points, levels, and awards!
