The top 5 Q&As
- Q: How do you differentiate Connect from Community?
- A: Connect is our collaboration and networking platform where you will find forums, blogs, and user groups. Community is where you will manage support cases, access critical support resources, downloads, wikis, and more.
- Q: Is there an introduction to Connect available?
- A: Yes. Click here to watch a five-minute overview of the platform.
- Q: Have all the Community blog posts and forum questions been migrated to Hyland connect?
- A: Yes, we have migrated all relevant forum posts and blog articles to Hyland Connect. If you run across a post that is archived, hit the “submit feedback” link on the top ribbon in Connect and provide us with some details and we will unarchive it.
- Q: Are the subscriptions to topics and products we were following in Community ported over to Connect, or do I need to resubscribe?
- A: You will need to resubscribe to categories and labels you wish to follow in the new forum/blog structure on Connect.
- Q: Is there a way to have Connect exclude results for products we don't use? Most of the time I am looking for OnBase items and it tends to bring us several Perceptive articles.
- A: A best practice is to bookmark the OnBase category, so you only see posts about OnBase. When in the OnBase category and searching for information, you can choose “this category” in the search bar.
