As you may have heard during CommunityLIVE 2024, in our Enhancing Hyland’s digital ecosystem blog series or through conversations with your Hyland team, Hyland is actively working to review and refine our digital properties to create a unified experience for all customers. This strategic move not only standardizes the customer journey, but also enhances our ability to connect, support and innovate together.
We began this journey by launching Hyland Events a little over a year ago and continued in late October with the introduction of this platform, Hyland Connect, which is dedicated to customer collaboration and engagement.
The next area we’re looking to address is possibly the most well-known piece of our digital ecosystem and the go-to resource for all Hyland customers — Hyland Community.

As we’ve shared, the new Hyland Community platform will be your hub for Hyland’s most valuable resources — where you manage support cases, access critical support resources, downloads, wikis and more. It’s the one place to easily find the tools, services and programs you need to be successful with the goal of quickly getting you anywhere in the Hyland digital ecosystem.

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the beta program for the new Hyland Community.
To allow Community users an opportunity to explore the platform and provide feedback on critical tasks prior to launch, a Community beta platform will be available for all users in late February.
