Hello,
Today for some reason I am unable to view "Form Designer" under File-Administration in my UT environment of Unity Client. Following are the steps I took
1) Checked permissions for the 2 groups I belong to and nothing has changed. The box for "HTML/Unity" has been checked in the "Product Rights" section.
2) Deleted my id, re-created it and then added to the same 2 groups I belong to.
3) Verified that my co-worker who belongs to the same group is able to view the "Form Designer" from the same PC I access.
4) Removed cache from the Unity Client.
Any other suggestions?

Not 100% sure but check that your user group in the Config app has this setting:
Config app>User Group>Configuration Rights button>Products tab>Unity Forms.

I think you can only configure forms for document types you have access to? Not sure on that, but would be another thing to check.

I have access to all document types. The menu option to select is not available.

That button is grayed out both in Production and UT.
