Image Library Error #: -13

When users attempt to print a document to PDF through Thick Client, they are faced with an Image Library Error which stated "An error occurred in the Image Library while processing a page. It is possible that this document file is corrupted.

The document themselves within OnBase are just fine. I have been unable to find specific errors seen with this error if anyone has other insight?

In this instance, it looks like this error was appearing when printing using the "Print Overlay" option on a default print format. When we attempted to print using the "No Overlay" option, this error did not occur.
