Document import in WorkView produces "Unable to retrieve tracked keyword data" entries in Diagnostics Console from Unity Client

Hi All,

 

We've recently noticed that our OnBase EP5 WorkView application produces "Unable to retrieve tracked keyword data" entries in the Diagnostics Console during document import in the Unity Client.

Regardless of the functionality used to import a document (System Action, or from within a Vew) we see those entries in the error tab in Diagnostics.

We do not see this when we try to replicate from the Web Client, which is odd.

 

We do not see any negative behaviour, and suffer no negative impact on our Day-to-day, however we are wondering if this is something we should be concerned about?

Just to close the loop on this one, it was determined that this is a begin error as it is not causing any issues or negative behavior.
