We recently upgraded to 22.1 and implemented IdP via SAML to AAD. I have users who, when they open OnBase, get a blank login screen. We have determined that this happens when they have Infor Spreadsheet Designer (ISD) open. ISD is an add-in to MS Excel that allows our finance staff to pull down data from the financial system.
The reverse happens as well. If OnBase is open, ISD can't run reports and pull data.
Any thoughts about what could be causing two seemingly different programs to have this issue?
