We have OnBase 16, Service Pack 2 and use the thick client for Production scanning. We have a user that has been working on scanning/re-scanning more pages into committed documents. She will get to the end of scanning pages in, the bar loads to 100% and then OnBase freezes and the program closes. Once she goes back into OnBase and opens the document she was working on, she cannot delete or re-order the pages. None of the documents are over 50 pages.
She already went through and removed any locks on the documents that were in place due to OnBase crashing (also checked for process and batch locks). Even with the locks removed she is still not able to delete/re-order pages. It seems to be consistent in terms of it loading to 100%, freezing and crashing OnBase and then disabling the delete/re-order pages functions.
