Dear community,
I was wondering if anyone has implemented query store in an Onbase database to get more insight on the database performance.
Is this even allowed?
Thank you.
BR,
Luis

Hi
As far as using the Query Store feature, Hyland does not provide any recommendations for third party tools such as this. If you want to use the Query Store for tracking performance that is entirely up to your DBA. As long as no modifications are being made to the OnBase database objects and the Database Use Policy is being followed, we have no objections to using this. If you do choose to use this feature, we do recommend monitoring any impact on performance that using this may cause, which may vary greatly depending on the environment and system resources available.
Cheers!

Hi
I am reaching out internally to see if SQL Server Query Store can be used with an OnBase database without affecting functionality. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.
Thanks,
~Alan
