Looking for an easy to read User Report.

Looking for an easy to read User Report.  We have tried running the Configuration Reports for User Group / Right Configuration and User Account Configuration but both are not in a easy to read forma.  We are looking for straight forward list of users with their permissions.  In System Documents I see a doc type called SYS User Reports but I cannot find any documentation on what reports run and save here.  Can someone please let me know what documents go into this doc type and how I can run them and if there are any other user reports that are easier to ready than the canned ones from Config?  We are on OnBase 14.

Hi @Michael Whipple / @Cynthia Ramirez ,

We are looking for straight forward list of users with their permissions.

The only User Reports available within OnBase Configuration are those which you referenced.

You can search the hosted documentation for references of "SYS User Reports" to see what reports go into that Document Type.  For instance, I found the following references  ...

Being on OnBase 14, you would have to reference the specific MRG for the respective modules.

With OnBase 14, there is a Report Services report called User Permissions.  This might meet your needs.  Further in later versions of the software the Report Services reports could be imported into Reporting Dashboards.  Or you could write your own report and display it in either modules.

Take care.
