How does the Processing File Name Keyword setting work

Hello Community, I have been doing OnBase work for about 6 months now and I am working a project that needs to know the exact name of an uploaded document. We are attempting to use the Processing File Name Keyword to pull the name of the uploaded document so we can check to see if a certain document was uploaded.

Currently though when we have this setting checked and the keyword attached to a document type there is only a blank box when to we go to re-index it to see if it pulled the uploaded files name. 

My question I guess is are we using the setting wrong or is there another setting or action we need to do to pull the file name into a keyword?

Just for you to be aware - As per the MRG - Processing file name keyword function is supported only when files are swept into the system, scanned from disk, imported using the File | Import command. It might not work with DIP

If you are using DIP as an import source. You can add document name in your index file as a keyword.
