Can someone tell me what permission is needed to check this box? As an administrator I need to have it, and do have this permission in DEV, but can't tell what exactly grants it.
When initially creating a new user you can't check the Service Account option; however, after the user is created, then you can check the box to designate the user as a Service Account.
