Hi Team,
We have OnBase and DocuSign integration and all our users will send the docs from OnBase to DocuSign for digital signature. We are also implementing DocuSign with Cisco Duo for two factor authentication. While doing DocuSign two factor authentication the OnBase integration fails.
When we deselect the option "Require All users to authenticate with Identity Providers" the OnBase integration with DocuSign works fine but when we select that option we are getting the error "Either one or more user name and password in incorrect" in OnBase Unity client while trying to send the document to DocuSign. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Is the service account you configured OnBase to use to connect to DocuSign setup in in DocuSign to use two-factor? I do not think Hyland's API call to DocuSign supports two-factor authentication that is why the integration is failing. Maybe file a ticket with DocuSign to see if you can turn-it off for your service account only.
