Alex, it has been fixed and the fix was back ported to OnBase 15.0.2.192 as well.

Hi Todd, I'm using OnBase 15.0.2.211 and it isn't fixed, this is what I get when we are trying to create a Data Provider

Is there a resolution or workaround for this issue? I'm getting the "Cannot perform this operation before data source is initialized" exception in a second environment now. I'm trying to add a User Group to a Data Provider. We are on 15.0.1.84.
