Pls disregard.  A full IIS restart seemed to fix this problem.

We have been getting this exception regularly for weeks. We have been troubleshooting it with our first line of support to no avail. Performing an IISRESET while thousands of Claims and Policy Owner Requests for service are being processed is NOT an acceptable solution. This issue needs attention at Hyland.

Is this already fixed? i'm having the same error message on Reporting Dashboards Data Provider Wizard
