Update related document keywords

How do I automatically update keywords on a related document to match its corresponding primary document when a primary document is reindexed? For example, document/contract status changed from current to archived.

Using OnBase v18 presently.

There is an Always Initiate Workflow on Reindex option you could potentially use to have Workflow logic executed on the document upon re-index to copy the keywords from the current document to the related document.  (Please note that this option is not respected in the Unity Client Workflow.)

Another option is to force users to perform the Re-index from a Workflow ad-hoc/system task. You could then build the additional copy keywords to related document logic into that ad-hoc/system task.
