SYS System Icons/BitMaps missing from Prod

Currently running OnBase version 22.1. We recently noticed that our icons and bitmaps are missing from our prod instance, but are still accessible in our dev instance. Has anyone else encountered this effect?

Are you getting errors in Diagnostic Console? They may be there in SysDocs but the permissions may be the issue. 

No one person needs to know everything—they simply need to know who knows it.

@Angela Perez In addition to @Jim Perry question, do you have a user account that you know has permissions to the following two Document Types:

 

- SYS System Bitmaps

- SYS System Icons

 

If yes, have you tried doing a simple Doc Retrieval on both of these Document types and checking to see if any documents are returned?

 

There are many more questions that we can ask to get more information as we don't know your environment.

 

Such as:

 

1. Is this a Hyland Cloud environment or On-Premises?

     a. If it's Cloud, then I would raise the question with the CPE team. 

2. If it's an on-premise environment, who built the DEV environment?

3. How was the PROD environment built? Was a migration done from DEV?
