Sweeping - Does OnBase pull documents from a folder in a particular order?

OnBase 10.0.1

We have folders that our users sweep items from that seem to be pulled at random.   The documents sometimes are individual sheets that need to be appended together after sweeping and are usually in timestamp order.  

Does OnBase sweep in a certain order?  Can you dictate how it pulls the documents in?

I don't know the answers to your actual questions, but I do have one idea you could try to work around the issue you're seeing. Under the Capture tab of the scan queue, check the "Include Sub-folders" option. Then if some files need to be swept in together, put them in the same subfolder. They still might be in the wrong order, but I would expect that everything in the same subfolder would at least be grouped together.
