Pending documents in workflow queue

Is there a way to get list of all  pending documents present in all the workflow queues for more than 90 days?
I tried looking at both WFLOG and WFTRANSACTIONLOG tables with no luck.

ITEMLC contains the documents that are currently in workflow queues.
