SQL Select query for listing all the occurrences of a rule in OnBase 12.

Hi, 

I need a sql select query which gives list of occurrences of a Rule in OnBase 12. It is like If I search using Workflow Search am getting more than 1000 occurrences which I have to delete as per requirement. Can anyone help on that..

How would a SQL query help you delete the rules?

If I get the same results as workflow search using Select SQL query, I can test that in my dev environment to delete the rules using delete query..

Running delete statements against the OnBase database is not allowed by the acceptable use agreement with Hyland. If you want to go down that road, you'll need to engage your first line of support who may work with Hyland database services to run this kind of query.

As John mentioned, performing direct database modification in the OnBase database is a violation of your maintenance agreement with your vendor and/or Hyland. Please contact your first line of support for assistance with the issue you are experiencing.
