Is OnBase Unity Client RingCentral compatible?

When searching the 3rd party compatibility listing I do not see RingCentral listed.

We use Open Text - Rightfax for our current clinics, but have one new client using RingCentral for their inbound faxes.

Can RingCentral be integrated with OnBase (EP5 v21.1.31.1000)?

Hi @Ralph Ginorio 

Even if it is not directly supported and you send the fax by email to a exchange account of mailing list, you can use mailbox importer.  We have been using this approach successfully for over a decade.
