Hi Okbah,

Are you asking about high availablity for IIS applications or the entire OnBase system? Setting up HA for the OnBase Web and Application Servers can be done using load balancing. If you haven't seen it yet, we have a document covering load balancing in detail.

Load Balancing OnBase

If you are wondering about HA for the entire OnBase system, that is a pretty broad question. We don't currently have a document on this but it will be considered in the future. There is some discussion on this in another thread which contains a link to a video on HA and DR that is available if you have Premium Subscription. If you have any specific questions, you are welcome to ask.

Dear Greg,,

Thanks for your response.

I am not sure what is the difference between HA for OnBase as an IIS application and OnBase as an entire system!

But what we would achieve is to create another passive copy of OnBase databas and disk groups and link it to the system to run it if the first server fail for any reason.

Regards.
