We are planning to move our Disk Groups to a new location. Since this will require an OnBase downtime. We schedule these downtimes around 2 am for the least impact to customers. Hyland has stated this is something we can call into the help line and have these moved and it would take approximately 1 hour for the several hundred volumes.
I would like to ask what other's experiences with this request have been.

This can happen through Hyland Technical Support as you noted. If there are many Disk Groups, we have a database script that we can run to update the path instead of having to go through Config and perform the update at a Disk Group level. The amount of time will depend on how many different paths are being updated.
