I was not able to create new Unity Forms using API in version 13 (in version 18 I can). The error message is “An error occurred within the Unity API: Signature definition '110' was not found for field 'sigCUSTODIAN'”. When I tested the exact same code in Visual Studio I got a different error as show below: Sequence contains no matching element. How can I create a Unity Form programmatically with the Form Template built in the Unity Forms Designer?

Hi, I have the same problem in version 17.
Did you find any solution to this problem?

Can you confirm if this occurs for only a single Unity Form or all Unity Forms? If it only occurs for a single Unity Form Template, then likely there is some corruption in the Unity Form Template. I would recommend working with your first line of support to address this issue.

The user you're running this with likely doesn't have access to the Unity Form you're trying to create. Just happened to me, I gave the user in question permissions to view the form and that fixed it.
