Is there a way to have users log in and only have access to documents they created in a specific Document Type?

My users want to run Leave forms through OnBase into a loadbalanced workflow for supervisors to approve and send to business office for processing. I have that figured out, but they also want the users to be able to login and only see the leave forms that they created. Is that even possible.

Any help is appreciated or even a point in the right direction would be great.

Thanks,

Beth Arnold

Hi Beth, Security Keywords should be able to create this restriction for you by making the creator of the document the keyword and restricting view based on that. Another avenue might be using rule base workflow rules similar to the discussion in this question here.

FYI - the only limitation with security keywords and it can be a big one - is that they don't get migrated if you use the configuration migration utility. If you don't use configuration migration then no worries. Though perhaps this no longer applies in v 15?
