You can disregard my question. I found that my demo environment, even though OnBase 18 SP1, wasn't licensed for ImageForms for some reason. Once I registered the Image Forms License the previous Image From that wasn't appearing from my export/import is now showing, so it looks like it worked, I just couldn't view the Form because of the license issue.
