How do I go about removing a scanning licence from a user and re assigning it to a new user? We had an intern that was doing the bulk scanning through the Unity client, they have left to go back to school and I need to re assign to a new employee. How would I go about doing this? We are using OnBase 15.

Hey Brent,
If the previous user was using a "Named" style document imaging license, you will need to revoke it from that user from within OnBase configuration (Users | User Names & Passwords | <Select User> | Settings | <Uncheck the appropriate User-Assigned License>) and then assign it to the desired user that will be doing the scanning. If this was a workstation level license you can simply use the Workstation Registration menu (in the OnBase Client) to unassign the Imaging license (or within Unity under the OnBase Icon | User Options | Imaging) and assign it to the desired machine.
