We have been having an issue with the thick client recently where after we scan more than 20 pages the thick client will crash and give us this error.  "odcInt32.exe has stopped working".   It was happing to both of our production scanners.  We were able to solve the problem on one of them, by clearing some held up jobs and removing their security than putting it back.   The other workstation however is still having issues and we have not been able to resolve it.  We think it might be profile related, because it appears when our new user logs in the Kofax scanning settings are not saving and then the error occurs.  Any ideas for how to resolve this?  We tried reinstalling the .Net with no luck.  Also does anybody now where the Scan Format User settings are stored?
