Error message at first commit

My organization is having to install a full version of OnBase 12 SP3 on a Disconnected scanning station that currently runs 9.2.  We are having to run the system parallel for two weeks until new 12SP3 workstations are ready to deploy.  In our tests we have copied a full version of 12 into the \Program Files\Hyland folder (they are XP machines).  We are able to use disconnected scanning fine and Thick client seems to be fine as well except for one small item. When we commit the first scan batch we get the error below.  Once we hit ok, the commit continues and seems to finish.  We have a post-commit script that also runs fine.  We only get this error at first commit.  When we commit further batches, we do not get the error.  If we close the client and restart it, the first commit causes the error message, hence we get the error on our first commit during every Thick client session.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
