The OnBase Web Client does not print out any document pages that are in jpg-format. Pages in tiff-format are printed without problems. The documents are viewed without problems.
We got an OnBase system on version 9.0.0. The clients are running IE 8.
The documents stored in the system are documents consisting of single page tiffs mixed with jpgs. So in other words one document has one file for each page and the pages within the same document are tiffs and jpgs mixed.
The same documents can be printed without problems from the OnBase Client, but not from the OnBase Web Client.
Anybody got an idea of any limitations or possible known issues regarding this?
