What does Error Database [6828] mean?  In OnBase 14 I am trying to connect to my database DSN which is using the Oracle driver in Windows 10

The error 6828 indicates that the software was unable to connect to the ODBC Source. This can be caused by a variety of factors. If you're able to successfully test the connection in your ODBC configuration and it works there, I'd recommend reaching out to your first line of support for further troubleshooting.
