Deleting an MIKG Instance in workflow

What is the most efficient way to delete an MIKG Instance on a document in workflow?  Is it using workflow actions or a unity script?  If it is with workflow actions what would be the order for this process?

I think it would still be a script. Workflow has no real way of identifying which instance you want to delete.

As of OnBase 14 the Action - Delete Keyword Record will solve this problem.
