Linking to external data source returns only few results

When I link a keyword to external data source, then it return only very few values. Ideally, it should return thousands of values. Am I missing anything?

Can you be more specific what have you done and what is missing, like are you using script or Query to connect.

I agree with RamSachin, the query you are using could be filtering out your results before they are displayed in the Client. If you could share the string you are using we could rule that out.

The other thing is if you are attempting to expand a Data Set in the Web Client it will only display the first 100 results if they are not filtered by using a partial value.

Per the System Administration Module Reference Guide

Try typing a partial value into the Keyword field then expanding to find the value you are looking for.
