Capture Process created but not visible in Unity Client

Hello Community, 

 

I created a scan queue and enabled Capture Process Design. In studio I designed the process to fit the customers needs. But when I went to test it in Unity Client I could not see it in Batch Scanning, while I could see my scan queue in Batch Processing. I seem to have no way to activate my scan queue. 

Any suggestions?

Hi Noah, 

Did you assign the proper user group(s) to the "Import" step for the scan queue within OnBase Studio? And did you perform an IIS reset in order for the changes to be picked up?

Thank you, we had the right user groups but we republished and performed the reset and it began working.

 

I appreciate the tip.
