When I sweep the directories of certain scan queues it opens a dialogue for a print server and my Virtual print driver prints a page to my local printer. Can anyone give me advice on why this is printing and if it has to do with my VPD setup or other setup/config setting? Then I receive the following errors and have to use task manager to close out of the client.
Image Process 'Convert to tif' Failed! Error Code = -2147467259
Image processing operation failed on batch 992

Hi Lisa,
I believe this is going to come down to which Print Queue you have the Image Processing step configured to use compared to the Print Queue you have the Virtual Print Driver mapped to on the Workstation.
In my local setup, I have my Convert Documents to Image File Format step mapped to the Local Printer:
In my Thick Client, I have mapped the Local Printer to the Virtual Print Driver:
Thick Client | User | Workstation Options | Print Queue Mapping
Can you check over these settings and ensure they are aligned?
Best,
Joel
