viewing OnBase documents in Epic with dual monitors

We access Epic via Citrix. If a user has dual monitors and opens an OnBase documents from epic, the viewer comes up and spans both monitors. Does anyone know of a fix for this issue?

While I use dual monitors and test this functionality, I have yet to see the viewer open across both monitors even through a Citrix environment. You may want to go ahead and contact your Technical Support team and open a ticket with them to investigate options.
