SD4E - Unexpected document ID: True Dialog

Hi,

We just updated our Epic integration install to 18.0.1.45.  The document viewer is working but when performing a signature deficiency the message "Unexpected document ID: True" appears every time.  If you click ok on the dialog the deficiency window opens.

Just wondering if anyone else had seen this?

Yes, we ran into the same issue after moving to 18.01.43 to fix the initial SD4E issue on the OnBase side. There is a fix on the Epic side RA1102. Not sure which versions you are currently on hopefully this guides you in the right direction.

Thanks Michael.  Do you happen to know the details of that RA or the title?  I asked our Epic team about it and was told that number is an old RA from 2016 related to Epic ASAP.

I've dug up a little more  info - DLG Number for the Fix: I8604895. Epic may also have this listed under QAN 5021272
