Hi SAP Experts,
We have one of our customer would like to extend OnBase to integrate with SAP,
Their main objectives are:
1. Archive documents from SAP into OnBase.
2. View documents from within SAP Screens.
We would like to know the following:
1. What are the Modules necessary to provide them.
2. How the licenses are consumed and when.
Any information will be highly appreciated.

Hi Sakrh Ali,
Archiving documents in OnBase can be accomplished using the license CONNECTOR FOR SAP ARCHIVELINK. This provides the ability for OnBase to act as a repository for both inbound (scanned) and outbound (documents generated by SAP). This license also provides the ability to view documents directly from SAP screens, meeting both of their objectives.
A license is consumed when you retrieve a document from SAP via the Generic object services attachment list.
I hope this helps let us know if you have any additional questions.

Many Thanks,
Are there any modules that have to be existed prior selling them CONNECTOR FOR SAP ARCHIVE LINK ?
I believe they will need Web Server as well, as they do not have it currently!
Also can you please provide a link for the MRG for this module ? as i could not find it .
Thanks,

Hi Robert Krause,
Back to this matter,
We would propose them CONNECTOR FOR SAP ARCHIVELINK,
And i could see in the MRG it can have supporting modules such as :
1. Bar Code import
2. Print List
3. Integration for SAP Infrastructure.
I just do not want to propose unnecessary Modules as well as we do not want to miss any modules required.
Can you please verify and mention all the Modules necessary and any 3rd Party as i can see from License configuration "Biz Talk" as 3rd Party?
Thanks,
