Salesforce retrieval by doc handle?

We have salesforce integration installed, which works great when matching a salesforce field to a keyword in onbase.

We have documents that create cases in salesforce, hence a field in salesforce is the doc id.  How do i configure the document to display via the integration to match on doc handle? What does my custom query need to look like for that?

Hi @Katrina Fellenbaum,

You should be able to accomplish this by assigning the "Document Handle" system keyword to the Document Type. Next, the Document Type(s) should be included in the Custom Query and the "Document Handle" system keyword would be added as a Retrieval Keyword.

Within the OIFS configuration, you can now map the "Document Handle" system keyword in OnBase to the corresponding Document Handle Salesforce Field.
