Hyland’s Integration with SAP SuccessFactors enables the full content management capabilities of OnBase from within SAP SuccessFactors. With the initial release in 2022, users can view, manage and upload OnBase documents without leaving familiar SAP SuccessFactors screens.
With the release of version 1.1, we’re incorporating your feedback. We’ve heard you and we know the intensive process you go through to effectively replicate your organizational hierarchy in SAP SuccessFactors. So we’ve re-designed our integration to match your efforts! With version 1.1 that’s generally available now, the integration can assume permissions from OnBase as well as from your SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
We’ve also enabled the popular delegation feature – meaning all delegation ownerships from SAP SuccessFactors are read by our integration and thereby replicated. Additionally, audit trails, diagnostic logs and the overall immersive experience of the integration have been enhanced; allowing you to focus more on the greatest asset of your organization - your people.
