Download a text file containing additional details about the errors is not showing up in OIFS page. Please help.

The text file that you were refering to, only shows the mismatch of doc type groups, doc types, keyword type groups, keyword types, custom queries between the OnBase side and the JSON file that you are trying to import. It will not provide any text file for any configuration issue or corrupt JSON file etc.
