Apply Mappings in OIFS page gives an error while importing a mapping file, and there is no option to download the txt file to check the errors.

Download a text file containing additional details about the errors is not showing up in OIFS page. Please help.

Using OIFS 3.0.2 version.

@Avijoy Das - It say error occurred but it doesn't give me any txt file to verify the error.

@aswini sangaraju From the screenshot, it looks like, it can be an issue with the configuration. We need to look into the API request & reponses. Can you enable the console log of the broswer and share the logs?

 

The text file that you were refering to, only shows the mismatch of doc type groups, doc types, keyword type groups, keyword types, custom queries between the OnBase side and the JSON file that you are trying to import. It will not provide any text file for any configuration issue or corrupt JSON file etc.
