Hi John,

You can sign a Tiff (and PDF in OnBase 13+) on a tablet device, provided that tablet is running the Unity Client.  The Unity Client is supported on Windows 8 tablet devices like the Surface Pro (it is not supported on RT devices).  A touch screen monitor like the Wacom Cintiq will also allow you to sign images and PDFs in the Unity Client.

Hi KC,Thanks for that....Could you sign a TIFF image on a tablet via Web Server?Customer already has Web Client and I am trying to find a way around then having to purchase Unity if they don't need to.Thanks!

Hey JD!

Images CAN be signed using a Signature Pad in the Web Client. See page 19 of the Signature Pad Interface in 14 MRG for details.

Thanks CA,I know the functionality is a bit different (Unity VS WS) but I just wanted to make sure there was no snafu being that it would be on a tablet.Hope all is well and see you soon!
