Enhancing Topaz Signature Interface to allow better control of Devices.

I have been in contact with Topaz to enhance control of the signature pad interface, and I was wondering what the possibility to introduct additional control code to manage the LCD device?

Hi Jonathan,

First, I apologize that your post has slipped through the cracks and gone unanswered.  Can you give me an example of what you are trying to do?  I assume you are looking to customize/modify the display on the device, but it would be helpful if you could give me a little more information.

We are trying to control the timeout on the screen (So right now the screen shuts off and applies the image after 2 seconds, wondering if we could take it to 5 seconds or longer.

Jonathan, those options are currently not available through our integration with the Topaz signature pads.
