We recently upgraded to Foundation EP1. We have two appserver instances per IIS server. One for AD login, the other for non AD login. We have the non ad login set as the appserver in config / utils / application server. In each AppServer config, we have two DataSources. One for regular use, one for the read only activity for dashboards. We have the read only datasource set in the Config / utils / reporting dashboards settings. Our users log into unity with the AD appserver and regular datasource. When our users try to enter the dashboard Config / Admin / Data Providers they are getting the exception error "Absolute path information is required".
Anyone know what I need to do to fix this?
Thanks,

Hi David,
That error sounds like you might be running the Unity client from a shared location. If you are, please install the client on your workstation directly to correct the issue. We do not support running the Unity client from shared locations.
If you continue to have issues after installing the Unity client locally please contact your first line of support for further assistance.

Hi Dante,
Thanks for the answer. So..... How do we do a manual install of this so it works? we are running the folder shortcut as it's on one of our citrix desktops, and we have V16 running as well (multiple OnBase systems, like 12 of them between all the prod and non prod).
