EPIC Batches through Reporting Dashboards added to Scanning and Indexing Reports

We have the HIM Operations 1 set of reports. The scanning and indexing group reports are great! But I need the EPIC scanned batches in the reports also. HAs anyone added that to these reports?

Hi Steve, 

Glad you like the HIM Operations 1 dashboards!

Quick question: are you trying to capturee metrics on "Integrated Scanned" documents like those that are captured through FOS or SAS?  Or are you using Epics's capture modules to scan to the blob?

• If you are using FOS or SAS for integrated scanning, you can add a default keyword to your FOS config file to identify the integrated scanned docs. We usually call this keyword  "HBI - Import Source" and the default value in config file set to "Epic". You can also capture metadata such as the Capture Location and Dept through the FOS/SAS config file. Then we have a pre-configured Dashboard in our "HIM Operations 2" package called "EMR Integrated Scans" that will report on the scanned documents with that HBI - Import Source = Epic keyword.

• If you're scanning through Epic only to the blob, you'll have to get that reporting through Epic as Shawn mentions.
