We are using Perceptive Content Foundation EP2.
We have Perceptive Experience File Size and Printing Issues. The Image from Perceptive experience spools and then prints
few pages again, goes back and start from the page 1 and print few more pages and again go back and prints more pages
starting from page 1. After repeating it couple of times finally it prints the whole document. Upon doing some research
by even downloading the file from Perceptive Experience it was identified that the size of the file enhanced significantly.
The original size of the file is 649KB. The new size downloaded from Perceptive Experience is about 5,321 KB. The original
Page size is 11.33 X 14.67in. But the one downloaded from the Perceptive Experience has a page size of 35.40 X 45.83 in.
The other applications including the document opened in the Edge or google chrome works fine. No issues there.
I have a support ticket open 00759680. awaiting on analyst to respond. In the meantime, if any of you have update on any addon
settings we may tweak into Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome that can help us resolve this issue.
We tried print drivers and most of the print settings that we know of but, could not make it work.
Questions:
Why the file size changes dramatically increase when downloaded? Why even the page size also increases so much?
How should we address this printing issue?
Any documentation can also be helpful.
