emailAgent (version 1.2.4) does not support Microsoft Authentication (OAuth).

Greetings all  ~  Our emailAgent (version 1.2.4) does NOT support Microsoft authentication OAuth.  We may need to update to another emailAgent version. 

Pls advise on what emailAgent version (the latest 1.5?) to be upgraded for our Perceptive Content (7.2.3 built 447)?  Should we remove the current emailAgent (ver. 1.2.4) first and install the latest version or just install the latest version 1.5 directly?

We appreciate for any advices and thank you.

Hi @Sonny phan - The latest version of Email Agent is always recommended but for specifics we added OAuth support to Email Agent in the April 2020 patch release, it would have been version 1.3.1.

It would be recommended to update to the latest regardless of version.
