Why would a folder appear with a Red "X" through it in Load Balancing Administration? I had assumed it meant a document was assigned to that individual but that individual is not a member of the User Groups. This must not be the case since I have users who are members of the load balancing queue and are still appearing this way...
Related to this -- When I right click and choose "View Other User's Documents" I see users who are not members of this group.
BTW -- this is Classic workflow, Load balancing Queue by User Groups, match keyword to username..
Thank you.

The user is not currently logged into a client.
Rules and Order types of LB have an option for Logged In Users Only.

Thanks!
Any idea why "View Other User's Documents" is showing a user group that isn't assigned to this load balanced queue?

Hi Belmonte,
Is it possible that the user group in question used to be assigned to the queue's load balancing? If memory serves, if there are documents that are still assigned to that user/group from when the user/group was part of load balancing, then they still show up until the docs are reassigned.
Then again, my memory isn't what it used to be...
Regards,
Nate
